I actually found the site really easy to get around. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t end up getting lost while looking for what I needed. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I feel like I paid way too much for what showed up. You expect a certain level of quality for the money, and this just didn’t really meet that. Disappointing overall
"Way clearer fees than I expected"
I appreciated that Juno showed the fees upfront before I moved forward with anything. Compared to some other services where you feel like you have to hunt through fine print, this was much easier to follow. I didn’t run into any surprise charges, and the pricing felt reasonable to me. I usually get a little cautious with this kind of thing, but it was straightforward enough that I’d use it again.

"Issues with their bank partner again"
My money got stuck again because of what sounded like problems with their bank partner. I don’t know all the behind-the-scenes details, but from my side it was just money I couldn’t access, and support basically told me to wait. That’s not really something I feel comfortable trusting with my paycheck anymore.
"Arrived faster than I expected"
I ordered my card from gojuno.com and figured it would take the usual amount of time, maybe even a little longer. I usually watch the tracking updates to get a feel for the pattern, and this time everything moved along quicker than I expected. One update came through, then before I knew it the card was already in my mailbox. No delivery problems or weird delays. Simple experience, which is exactly what I was hoping for...

"Sign up was surprisingly painless"
Opening my account was actually easy, which was a nice change of pace. The steps were clear enough that I didn’t have to guess what they wanted from me, thankfully. Verification took a little while, because apparently we still do that whole waiting-around thing, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, onboarding was simple and I got in without much confusion.

"My debit card has been acting up"
My debit card got declined twice even though everything should have been fine. I reached out to support, but they were slow to get back to me. It has been frustrating because I just want to use my card without worrying about it failing.

"A little disappointing for international users"
The site worked okay for the most part, but I was a bit disappointed with the experience from abroad. Some pages didn’t feel very clear or easy to use for international customers, especially around payment and information details. It’s not terrible, but it left me confused more than I expected.

"Sooo far, solid cashback"
I’ve been using Juno for a little while now, and the cashback has been better than I expected. It’s not like every purchase is a massive amount, but it addsss up quicker than you’d think.
The rewards are easy to understand, which I really appreciate. I don’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops or do anything weird, just shop like I normally would and check back later.
Kinda wish I had found it sooner tbh. The site is simple, the deals are decent, and I’ve already saved some money, so yeahhh, I’m happy with it so far

"My payments kept getting declined"
I tried using gojuno a couple of times and, honestly... my payment just kept getting declined with no clear explanation. The same card works totally fine on other websites, so yeah, it got frustrating. One payment even looked like it had gone through at first, but then it failed later, which was confusing. Support was okay, I guess, but they didn’t really sort it out quickly. It’s not the worst experience ever, but... I don’t really feel confident using it again.

So far it seems legit, but I’m not exactly feeling totally at ease about my money. Just when I think I understand how things work, it feels like the goalposts move a bit, which makes it hard to fully relax. I haven’t had a major issue yet, but I’m still keeping an eye on everything.

I had to dig around quite a bit just to find some basic compliance info, and a few parts of the docs felt out of date. Support did get back to me, but the answers weren’t super clear, so it made the whole setup take longer than it probably should have

"Transaction felt a little slow"
Overall, it worked fine, but my transaction took longer than I was expecting. Maybe I assumed it would be quicker from how straightforward everything seemed, so when it dragged a bit, it was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed.

The app works fine overall, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky to use. I’ve found myself getting confused by the menus more than once, like it takes a few extra taps to find what I’m looking for. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Crypto transfers were such a headache!!!"
I had a frustrating time with the crypto transfers!!! My deposit took way longer than I expected, and when I tried to withdraw, the whole process felt confusing for no reason!!! I don’t think I’ll be using it again!!!

Juno was okay overall. Nothing really went wrong, but the communication felt a little uneven. A few notifications came later than I expected, and I found myself checking things on my own more than I thought I’d need to. Maybe I’m just used to more frequent updates, but it did make me wonder a couple times what was going on. Not a bad experience, just something that could be smoother...
